1.1 This Referral Program (“RockOne”) is offered by Rock Stage Construction to reward individuals or entities (“Referrers”) for referring new customers (“Referred Customers”) to the Company.
2.1 To be eligible to participate in the Program, it is NOT required that Referrers be new or existing customers of the Company.
2.2 Company employees, contractors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Program.
2.3 Referrers must reside in the State of Texas to be eligible.
3.1 Referrers can refer potential customers to the Company using their unique referral link or reference number provided by the Company.
3.2 Referred Customers must make a qualifying purchase using the Referrer’s reference number or unique link for the Referrer to receive a reward.
4.1 The Company will provide rewards to Referrers based on the successful completion of a qualifying purchase by a Referred Customer.
4.2 The nature and amount of the reward will be specified by the Company and remain at the same amount within the stated nature.
5.1 A qualifying purchase is defined as a purchase made by a Referred Customer who is a new and unique customer to the Company.
5.2 The Company reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether a purchase qualifies for a reward.
6.1 Rewards will be issued in accordance with the Company’s payout schedule.
6.2 Payouts may be made in the form of cash, discounts, or other forms of consideration, as determined by the Company.
7.1 Referrers may not refer themselves or create multiple accounts to earn additional rewards.
7.2 The Company reserves the right to disqualify any Referrer or Referred Customer if it believes they have violated these terms.
8.1 The Company reserves the right to terminate, modify, or suspend the Program at any time without notice.
8.2 Any changes to the Program will be effective immediately and will apply to all participants, including existing Referrers.
9.1 By participating in the Program, Referrers consent to receive communications from the Company regarding the Program.
10.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
11.1 Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
